I'd like to join this group. I'm 58. I have 15 lbs to lose and have been trying to lose it for the longest time - using the android app to log my food and exercise but may not be vigilant enough. would like to hear what others are doing. I'm mostly just going by calories. if i eat too much in the morning i skip lunch etc. the morning seems to be when i'm hungriest but mainly during the week when i'm working. weekend mornings are not so bad.0
