    ... when people do not turn on their lights when it is clearly warranted. Here in Florida, we get rain a lot. When it rains, you should have your lights on (and, hey, it's the law). It's not so that YOU can see, it's so WE can see YOU. It's pretty simple to remember - Wipers On, Lights're On!

    Office politics and cliques. We have a group of ladies here (who are black) who don't hang out with another group of ladies (who are white) and whenever something goes wrong in the office, White Group blames Black Group or Black Group blames White Group - nothing to back it up other than they hate each other and want to make each others' lives miserable. Grow up! You're middle-age women (some of you have grandkids, for pete's sake!)

    People who smoke near doorways. At work, we have a sign that states no smoking within 50 feet of doorway. How is being close enough to hold on to the door (which they do sometimes), 50 feet? Granted, I work at a probation office, so not the brightest bulbs in the box, but still....
