I dont do well when I am low on sleep. Working that much overtime must be hard. On top of that having to deal with many questions from new people interrupting your work flow must be hard.

Hang in there, Mel!! Maybe you can get yourself something nice with the overtime when it is done? With kids at home, I can imagine it is hard to turn off earlier, so you can get some sleep. Good luck!0 -

Yeah, I feel you right now. I hope you manage to get some sleep. I think sleep deprivation is the absolute worse. I could give up everything but not sleep.0 -

Ugh, I hope you feel better soon! When you're sick your body just needs to extra calories to kick whatever you're fighting off.
The body tends to fluctuate between 5 pounds, don't worry about the scale. How are your clothes fitting?
Starting to feel a bit better today. I just recently got rid of all my clothes that are too big and can officially wear a 15/16 and I started at a 20 with xl shirts down from 3x. I ate 3 giant Gertrude Hawk candy bars two times this week and I had to pay them. Fund raise money. It was bad .0

Had a great night at the gym Thursday! First time pulling reps of 315 lb deadlift, two sets of three. AND I did two sets of EIGHT pull-ups. Ten is soooo close I can taste it!

I also loved zumba the one time I've done it. I was a hot mess throughout (I go all in!) but at least it was good exercise.2
