Confession - I kicked a guy out of the squat rack last night at the gym.

My justification - he was on the incline bench...doing DUMBBELL presses. In the squat rack. :/ So, I asked him to move. He can do that anywhere. I cannot squat anywhere - you gotta be in the squat rack for that!!!

Then I knocked out two sets of NINE pull-ups. Just to show him who the big dog in the gym really is. :D (I also did a set of 7 and a set of 6.)

Bahahaha you put that man in his place! <3

I did get quite a bit of internal entertainment from the whole ordeal. ;)

On my birthday my wife made me a chocolate pie w/ whipped cream but it was too chocolaty for both her and the kids. Pretty sure it has (had) 7000 calories, oh, plus the fudge greek yogurt ice cream that I needed.

It only took three nights, but I did get to watch Star Wars twice :).

It's ok, we have already decided long ago that birthday calories do not count!

This is true. It's a thread agreement. If you confess your birthday calorie sins here, they are absolved.

Did I make it for the 2017 celebration?
And just to make this a Confession, my job is putting my Lent energy fast in danger today. I will not eat Reese's cups. I will not.

30 min. until I get off...2.5 hrs. until zumba  hoping I don't die since I barely did anything while sick. If you don't hear from me Monday send help!

    How'd Zumba go?

It went really well! I think she may have had so preworkout before she came because she was killing us haha!

Sometimes, I eat in bed and don't even remember. I wake up in the morning wondering why I'm not hungry, and then, I'm sad when I remember.

    Happy page 2017!

My confession: I had a bowl of plain ramen noodles for dinner tonight. Plain, gross, cheap ramen noodles. It's what I needed. I haven't had any since being pregnant with Andrew. Can you guess what my real confession is?

PS: please don't mention it on Facebook!

My face when I think of ramen :s

Congrats @spamarie <3 ! My husband keeps bringing up wanting to do that for a fourth time, oy vey

Thanks @MelissaPhippsFeagins, you are so much tougher than Reese's- and sweeter too ;)

I confess my eating needs to get reigned back in but my running times are so good lately that I am having trouble getting it together. I have everything meal prepped for tomorrow and Thursday to start cutting again. The fact that I cannot wake up and look like a Runner's World model is brutally unfair ;)
