And I confess that I have gained albs (probably water weight, who knows) since my husband went out of town on Sunday.

I also confess I took the kids to a movie he wanted to take them to since it was my middle boy's birthday yesterday. Who can resist a kid coming up to you and asking "Since its my birthday, can we go together as a family and see the Star Wars movie?" So popcorn and cherry coke for supper yesterday.

Sweet. My son and I had ice cream for dinner last Friday night. Awesome mom alert! LOL

That is awesome. What kind of ice cream?

    Coldstone.

And this is why I <3 you.

Just a side note, Chocolate Truffle ice cream with brownie mix-in is TOO much chocolate. I didn't think there could be such a thing...

Son got salted caramel ice cream with Heath mix-in, and that was really good.

I don't like things that are too chocolaty. Its definitely a thing.

    No, its not.

How do you pronounce this? My brain keeps telling me its pronounced Slow, but I am sure I am wrong. (I usually am about pronouncing things)

not sure how to write the pronounciation, it is sl-ow as in 'ow i hurt my finger'

Or as we call it, sluff ;)

Hm. I would not have guessed that pronunciation.

Of course, I once had an interview in Worcester (or as they call it locally, Wister).

Weird. I've heard it pronounced, but I would NEVER have said it that way if my friend hadn't corrected me before my interview. LOL

Here's a confession for you. I almost didn't eat enough to close out my diary yesterday. :anguished:

Yuck! I was sick twice in January and I am very rarely sick. It was horrible. I hope you feel better quickly! Sending delicious chicken noodle soup, and fresh squeezed OJ, but no hugs right now because I can't afford to get sick again. ;)

I don't think I'm sick, well, at least not physically. I'm pretty sure 98% of mine is stress related. And I showered today so I'm safe to hug. Fresh squeezed OJ sounds good though too, and I can fit it into my calories.

Be careful with stress. My mom wound up nearly hospitalized due to stress from her work. She couldn't eat because she choked on everything because her throat would close and her blood pressure went so high her face swelled up. Super scary. Take care of yourself.

Wow! That just completely freaked me out for @MoHousdon. You really do need your gym therapy!

I got it last night AND CURLY FRIES! Of which I'm now referring to as "stress fries". :D

I know the feeling Mo, I've been struggling with appetite the past few months, I'm going to agree and let you know it's most definitely stress related :( I'm sorry Mo, you know you can always let out a string of expletives through text, we won't mind!! :)<3<3 GET IT ALL OUT love you Mo!

Yay! Finally someone else who doesn't love 'the Office'. I'm always being called weird for not liking it, nice to know I'm not alone.

Anyone got any spare positivity or energy to send me? I really need to exercise tonight as I've taken 3 days off over the weekend but I hurt my knee yesterday , walked on it all day so now my hip hurts too and I've got a cold. I really do not feel like getting into it with Shaun T tonight

Sorry - will stop whining now..
