The last meal I cooked was Saturday - breakfast. I ate out all weekend, and it shows on the scale. Not sure I even care. It was a good weekend!

Your profile picture is killing me. I legitimately cannot stop giggling. And I'm at work.

Thanks! That was my reaction, too! Now, if someone IRL would just ask!!!

I equate feelings of fullness with feeling happy.

I had never realised that this is what made me 100lbs overweight. I use food as a crutch.

Going on a diet has made me evil tempered with my family as I can't self medicate with food.

None of this makes me unique or special but I didn't realise the extent to which it affects me and I'm a bit sad about it.

I don't know whether therapy might help. there's a woman near here who specialises in weight management therapy but I always seem to have something better to spend my money on.

I ate 800 calories over my TDEE yesterday and absolutely loved the feeling of being full and content and not going to bed hungry... for once.

I eat Cookie Crisp cereal. It's processed and loaded with sugar but it's vegan anyway.

I use MFP as a tool to help me but my wife does not know about the friends that I have on here. She would freak out. (You all are a better encouragement to my goals than she is)

My husband knows I track food using my iPad and iPhone, but doesn't know about all the people on here either. He supports and loves me, but since he's never had a weight issue, he doesn't 100% understand.

Every Friday, after hockey, I order a medium pan pizza, cheesy bread, and cinna stix, and eat my order in its entirety in one sitting while binge-watching whatever the TV show of the week is. It's how I unwind, and considering I've still lost 110lbs and have consistently been recomping my body with this as a part of my routine, nobody's taking it from me.

Good for you for sticking to what you want and what works!

I have been following a very strict LCHF diet and around Christmas time I caved when my husband prepared sugary treats. This started a momentary lapse of judgment. Early last month I made a full pan of caramel fudge;which of course I shared with my family but I still feel a little guilty about it. Wouldn't have been so bad except I haven't been to the gym or worked out at home for almost 2 months. Since the mid of Jan I noticed I put on about 3 pounds but I have yet to record it. Luckily I've gotten it out of my system and I'm back on track.

I haven't used my YMCA membership in over a year, but I still pay for it every month hoping my husband will finally go.

I carefully counted out the number of corn chips I would allow myself to have, and then didn't count the cheesy mexican dip I scooped up with them.

I can't wear socks because of the edema in my feet. I'm on meds and it's not as bad as it used to be, but socks make my feet and legs hurt. Even in the winter I'm wearing fur lined boots with no socks. - motivation.

Yikes, do you at least have compression hose? I don't think I could stand going totally barefoot in boots.

Dang Girl Scout cookies! I almost ate an entire box in one day.

That was me this week. Then I stuffed it in my husband's face asking him to finish them for me (I had 1000 calories worth of them).

I bought 3 pints of ice cream on Saturday knowing full well that sometime this week I WILL binge on them. Hasn't happened yet at least.

+1 on posting too much on the forums and giving advice I don't always follow myself (eat everything in moderation? HAHAH one cookie and it's over, most of the time. It's science, don't worry about eating close to TDEE, you still won't gain... <-- still terrified of eating at maintenance even though I've double checked the numbers for months because I'm terrified my metabolism is actually slower than I think and I will gain weight).

My weight has been up and down for the past 5 years and this my sound strange but I think my one of my problems is not eating enough. And I let myself get so hungry that I eat too much:-/

Senior year of high school, I dumped 1/2 water bottle on my choir teachers laptop, while I was the only one in the room during a concert (intermission, and band was on next). Nobody knows I did it.

Me too! They are so addictive. Normally I prefer chocolate candy, but gummy bears are the one delicious exception. I only allow myself to have them a couple times a year because I end up buying a big bag and eating them all the same day.

I used to order the 1.5 pound bag of Haribo frogs on Amazon. It didn't last long. I like them even more than gummy bears.

I'm so sick of others asking me. Oh, you trying to lose weight cause of medical reasons. No, I'm trying to lose weight cause I am fat and I want to be healthy. How's that? If I wanted to be mean, I should say, maybe you should try it too. Why do people small or big, take the time to look and see what I am eating for lunch? Oh, is that all you gonna eat, you taking this diet thing seriously. I cant eat anything without people making smart remarks or jokes. But you know what, watch me as I get healthier because I want to. Later, when you are sick or need to lose weight. You will be asking me for advise. :| Does anyone else have this problem?
