    I've been waiting for this post! Congratulations!!! Please don't hesitate to give more details to people who want to know how much you ate every day, etc. You are inspiring to everyone. It's amazing to me that you have been so very disciplined for such a long time and lost the amount you did relatively quickly. I was in a challenge with you and was astounded that you consistently lost way more than anyone else, even though you were getting close to goal.

    You look really good and should be super proud of yourself. Plus your "health" MUST be so much better.

    Also, can't wait to see what you accomplish in the next "phase"!

    Congrats!! You are a REAL inspiration for many many people out here, I am sure! You are a "normal" person (not like all this "untouchable" celebs out in the news) and you show that it is possible. Even it sure was hard work you can be SO SO proud of! Hats off! :smile: :)

    Congratulations! I to had to make a plan that would not be one-size-fits-all. I feel it is working for me. I look at your before and after pictures and think I will be there, one day. Good luck when you lose the last 2 pounds and you go into maintenance. For me, when I get there I think that will be harder then losing.
