How do you cut your craving for sugar??

I drink kombucha tea. Fermented foods are good for your gut and can reduce sugar cravings. Google it.0

I find that being really tired leads me to craving the energy boost I get from sugary foods. Anemia and not eating at regular intervals ended up being the triggers for me. Now I eat more protein and I eat way more often and I don't seem to crave sugary snacks so much.0
