    Struggles or successes of your week:If things go well i hope to hit my goal weight for this month next week. Ive started exercising with calorie counting. Although, i was way under for a few days. So i know i need to be careful to make sure i'm at least hitting the min. However, i've really been trying and hope that the scales keeps going down.

    Struggles or successes of your week: I keep blowing things on the weekend. The two glasses of wine I build into my calories turn into two more beers at the brewery next door way too easily. Still losing, though I think this next weigh-in won't be as fabulous due to aforementioned drinks, Girl Scout cookies, and TOM.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Not exercising. Increased stress with my 18 yr old. Many celebrations! I've continued to make my lunch on a daily basis and complete my food dairy. Hoping to make a "significant" change this week. Will attempt to move more now that the weather is so nice.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Was really pleased with this result as I had kind of accepted the fact that I was stuck again, so I stopped weighing myself every day. Was pleasantly surprised when I got on the scales today especially as I did have a bit of a heavy weekend! Now have to stay focussed to keep that loss!

    I have just had to change to a gluten free, dairy free diet with low starches and sugars
    so here we go.... on the journey this not just to lose weight but to feel better about myself and for health reasons, i have no other option so i am diving in and going full tilt! I have been on this life style for about three weeks; and my body has been detoxifying, but I am starting to feel better and I am starting to have more energy. A community of people would be great to have to talk too! Happy weight lose everyone!

    Struggles or successes of your week: We went out to eat for dinner on the 16th last week and it set me back a little. Took me most of the week to work off the damage from that one night. Other than that...I hit my calorie goal every day, kept the water intake up, and got a few workouts in. I'm still logging everything for the next day ahead of time, which helps a lot. I want to get more workouts in this week. I'm going to my first crawfish boil this Saturday, which is going to be a huge test of willpower.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Failed to do any actual exercise this weekend. Spent most of the weekend editing photos of a recent photoshoot so I didn't spend much time on anything else. Focused more on keeping a calorie deficit and drinking plenty of water.

    Struggle- Weight loss seems slightly slower, hoping itll catch up. Also, ive been snacking more and was over cal goal two days in a row! (A first for me and only ~50 over). Still struggle with drinking enough water.
    Success- motivated mom to start mfp this month, and she is down 10lbs! As for me, I worked out from home. Also, went to the gym on a day i REALLY did not want to.

    Struggles or successes of your week:i met my goal at this weigh in of losing 10lbs this month. Which is great however, i worked really hard this last week and only lost 2lbs i had hoped for more. Don't get me wrong 10lbs lost is good. I just worked really hard and was hoping for more. I did work out last week and went for a few walks. I could of drank more water probably.
