    Struggles or successes of your week: I'm honestly amazed that I've already hit my goal (well, .2 away but still)! I do SO well during the week, then slack more than I'd like on the weekends, but it seems to be balancing out. I just keep making smart choices.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Sad that I didn't reach my goal, but after being such on a plateau for so long I am just pleased that I managed to shift some pounds and being just 1.5 pound off target is not so bad

    Struggles or successes of your week: I was at 188.8 on Friday. I took this past week off of exercise and just restricted calories. I've put a little water weight back on but had a pretty good week. I had to buy a new belt this weekend. My old one was looking pretty bad and I didn't want to drill any more new holes :)

    Struggles or successes of your week: I had a great week! I stuck to my calories every day, drank TONS of water, and worked out six days last week. At night, I log everything for the next day. It takes a little planning, but it helps a lot and keeps me in line.

    My biggest success of the week was surviving my first crawfish boil this past Saturday. I drank a lot of water to help with all of the extra sodium. I ate a little bit of everything and DID NOT have a beer. (I still don't know how the heck I ate crawfish without drinking a beer...it's kinda sacrilegious!)

    Struggles or successes of your week: Working 12 hr shifts means being very careful with food and splitting calories between 2 lunches but saving enough for dinner when I get home. Love the little cuties for snacks. Congrats to all that made their goals. Great Job!

    Struggles or successes of your week: Currently have strep throat and have been bouncing between 166 and 168 all week. That said, still happy with 5 pounds lost this month - gives me another perspective, as my official weigh-in day is Friday!

    Struggles or successes of your week: I am a little disappointed I didn't lose anything this week. I had some work meetings and eating out a few times might have staked my loss. I did lose a little and my waist and hips. Maybe next week it will show a loss.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Happy with the weight loss overall, 11 lbs. Made it to my goal and then a wee bit more. Still this was a stressing month for me, having two jobs now is definitely putting some pressure in my life that I don't need but well, I need this so I better don't complaint :D
