Yeah I'm thinking 3 would be reasonable. But that's still really good because that would put her around 300 1rm which is very impressive.

I am thinking that is her body weight and those are body weight squats. Or someone made her angry and we wouldn't like her when she's angry.

    But if legit:

Methinks we are never going to get some proof from @Carlitice for these numbers either. If we do, I'll be happy to eat my words.

    Yep.

This. Only been doing it for a year (happy anniversary today!!) but I've gone from doing squats against a fitness ball against a wall to squatting 185 pounds (and have dropped from 171 pounds to current 117). Do NOT be afraid of lifting heavy. "Toning" is crap.

I squatted 284 today, x 30 reps, no big deal, my *kitten* is still flat.

Sorry, but if you just started with a trainer in January 2015 to learn how to lift safely, there is no way this is possible.

Yeah looking at her stats now I'm thinking she is doing bw squats as someone previously mentioned but hit the wrong key.

Maybe she's a nord? I've heard here that their blood makes them super strong.

    How do you know?

And even on gear....not with those numbers (assuming with a BB and to depth).

    USPA (not drug tested). American Record at 168lb - 413lb. At 182lb - 440lb.

    I was being sarcastic.

Sorry forgot to leave my sarcasm gif in place.

I compete in drug tested federations (and am one of a 'natty' team of bb'ers and pl'ers), so throwing out accusations of being on gear probably miss my sarcasm meter more than other comments do.

When people say they squatted Xlbs without any qualifying - they mean barbell back squats - not on a machine.

On a machine (which I am not sure whether its a leg press or a hack squat) - then the numbers make more sense as you can lift more weight on them. You were comparing it to something that is harder to do re weights.

And I cannot quote as the image thingy is in the way of the button....%features.

    You are wrong

You leg pressed 284lb - totally not the same as squatting it.
