    So I wanted to do a post of me before and me now. I've lost about 67 pounds so far and still want to lose about another 20 pounds but I will get there!!! The first pics are me at my sisters wedding in May of last year (2009) and the new ones are me from March to May of this year. There may be a lot of them so sorry but I want to make sure not only others see that its possible but so I can see too. Its hard for me to really see the difference becuase I see myself everyday. So here it goes!!!

    You look super amazing! It is such an inspiration! I started out a bit heavier than you a few years back, I lost 50 lbs then put back on about 15, now I am back to losing and working towards my goal, I want to be about where you are now. I also am hoping not to lose too much in the boobs, so I try to eat soy. I am not sure if it will work, but it is good for me nonetheless.

    thanks everyone!! :smile: and you all will get there too! I promise! I honestly never thought I would come as far as I have. EVER! But once you get started and you start seeing the pounds coming off each week, it really gives you the best motivation to keep going! just dont give up! NO MATTER WHAT!!:glasses: all i did was exercised for about an hour each day monday through friday. sometimes i'd get in 20 mins during the weekends. i ate about 1400 calories per day and i stopped drinking soda! :flowerforyou:
