creatine
things the mobilize heavy metals out of the body.
gotta take this stuff into consideration
if you eat meat try to have it rarer(if possible). sushi, bloody grass fed steaks, etc0 -

The thing is, i mostly eat organic non-GM/GMO foods now. But that doesn't mean that i'm depriving myself.
I still get to make & eat ACTUAL brownies, pizzas, & such. They're just made with non-GM/GMO organic ingredients & healthier alternatives.
However, i still don't mind having a bacon cheeseburger, kitkats, or a pepsi every now & then haha.
Unless one is severely allergic to and/or have serious health-related issues towards certain foods & ingredients, i personally don't see anything wrong with enjoying something unhealthy occasionally.
All in all, i think it really all just comes down to moderation.0 -
