~570 calories. 98g carbs, 17g fat, 9g protein.
And it's ice cream slammed between pop tarts, by the way.
same difference....
sounds like eating a tub of lard to me ...but whatever floats your boat...0 -
Just the sports bra. It's cake.
would that be vanilla or chocolate...?0 -

Seriously? You think ice cream is like eating lard?
Come on. You guys are just being silly.0 -
What exactly is unhealthy about a donut?
umm they are loaded with sugar and are calorie bombs..but other than that they are good to go ...
I would be curious as to the name of this healthy donut...or are we saying that all donuts are healthy?0 -
Good thing lard is delicious. It makes EVERYTHING taste better. They actually should make poptarts with lard, just imagine how flaky-melt-in-your-mouth delicious the crust would be!0

would that be vanilla or chocolate...?
both.0 -

just because it has some fancy italian name does not make it healthy ...
i mean if I told you that water came from an Italian sewer would you drink it because it was "Italian purified water"?0 -

No, I'm referring to the ice cream "sandwich" with the pop tarts. Together I think it's nothing but a sugar rush. But separately they may not be so bad as long as they were proper portion sizes0 -

... Is there something wrong with a couple hundred calories of flour, butter, oil, and sugar...?
Seriously. Come on. There is absolutely nothing inherently wrong with a donut. If you can eat a donut and have it fit into your daily calorie and macro goals, it is delicious and healthy.0 -
both.
hmmm ok be back in five minutes....0 -

If Italian sewer water tasted like Talenti, I'd import that **** myself.
BTW, it's "gelato" because it's technically not ice cream.0 -

It's not lame... boring? sometimes but it's better than going to the doctors all the time. I like my food simple, but I do confess, when I have a special event, I eat what I want. that way I enjoy it more! take care of your body and it will take care of you. enjoy you junk food while you can.0
-
There's a difference between losing weight and being healthy. Counting calories may result in weight loss, but if all or most of those calories are made up of "junk", then your body will most likely not be very healthy..0
-

Interesting claim. I wonder what nutrition, or nutrients, you think I'm lacking.0 -

I'm glad you put "junk" in quotes, because it's sort of a meaningless term.
Isolated, individual foods are not "healthy" or "junky" or whatever. It's an overall diet, in its entirety, that is healthy or unhealthy. If you are feeding your body the nutrients it needs to thrive, in the proper amounts and with an appropriate caloric content, you are eating healthy. If you are either depriving your body of the nutrients it needs, or you are feeding it excessive calories, you are not eating healthy.0
