Hello ladies - I hope everyone is doing well. I'm maintaining. I've been doing more traveling for work so I haven't been checking in or exercising the way I should be. The past few Saturday's have been spent at dance competitions with my daughter. Another one Saturday and off again Sunday...

Hi all, I haven't been on MFP again for a bit ... life is just too darn busy. I've been slowly losing a bit but stalled out the last week, have lost a bit of motivation and am out of my exercise routine - need to work on that.

getting 10,000 steps pretty much everyday now. My Fit Bit did not sync with my MFP last night until I was

@Shirley61 thanks. the fitbit certainly keeps me motivated. but, i love walking too. your step count is great... just keep up the hard work. as for the syncing problem it was between MFP & Fitbit. they just fixed the problem yesterday sometime. have a great night~0
