Did my fastest km ever yesterday. Sill probably very slow in comparison to the majority of runners but it felt great.

75 miles again for me, but this time I'm only counting the miles I run. Walking miles are just a bonus.

    exercise.png
    4/1 - 3 miles - total: 3 miles
    4/3 - 4 miles - total: 7 miles
    4/6 - 7.5 miles - total 14.5 miles
    4/7 - 7 miles - total 21.5 miles
    4/8 - 6.2 miles - total 27.7 miles
    4/9 - 4.75 miles - total 32.45
    4/11 - 7.5 miles - total 39.95

Amendment: If I walk a total of less than 5 minutes out of 90, I'm not going to try to take the walk breaks back out of my mileage total.

    4/12 - 4.5 miles - total 44.45

Another amendment: I can't differentiate running time and walking time when I run outdoors, so I'm counting the whole thing. I think I prefer the treadmill, overall.

    4/13 - 7 miles - total 51.45

Does anyone look enviously at runners you pass when driving? I do! Ridiculous, I know! But especially on days I didn't run in the morning.

ALL THE TIME! Especially when the weather is nice. Because of my schedule, I usually have to run / workout early in the morning. So, when I drive around in the afternoon on a nice day, I totally want to park my car and run along.

Me too, even if I just ran LOL
@pandora_and_her_box my daughter and I have a 10K next month, so after that one. She wants to do a half with me. I didn't let her do this one because she plays high school soccer and I didn't want her playing soccer 6 days a week and training at the same time. She runs XC so it wouldn't be hard endurance wise but she tends to have problems with her Achilles with over use so she sticks to one sport at a time.

I love my boyfriend, he sent me a basket today at work of all kinds of lotions and foot scrubs and girlie stuff for my feet with a note saying how proud he was of me.

@teacton11 - how old your kids that you can get a 10 miler in with them in the double stroller? I rarely run with the double anymore (mine are 2 & 5) and even when younger I always maxed out at about 6 with the double BOB.

@skippygirlsmom - your boyfriend is very sweet! And I love that you run with your daughter so much. My mom started running when I was in high school as well. I always loved that I could share that with her (and we still run together 20 years later!)

I thought the ladybug might run faster if the chickens were trying to eat her.

    Great races @SonicDeathMonkey80 and @Stoshew71!!!

We did a 10k today...beat our previous time by 13 minutes!!! Granted, we weren't doing the hilly coulee trail today, but still, I'm hella proud!!!!
Now....can we talk about nipples for a minute? I'm not quite the President of the Itty Bitty Titty Commity but I am on the board of directors for sure. So I don't require a whole lot of support, but I do wear a decent sports bra when running, it just makes me feel better. I haven't noticed any chafing, but mother of all things holy do my nipples ever hurt! like super sensitive painful hurt. Almost like when I was pregnant, which is 100% physically impossible now. What in the actually h#ll is up with that? And please God, make it stop!!

There seriously needs to be a 'like' button! I read and want to reply, but unless I start writing down who and what...I never remember. I'm seeing so many HM's and PR's, photos, and just general things to comment on. I see them all......and I love them all....so proud of everyone. I fill my hubby in on everything everyone is doing, alas, most of you do not know I cheer for you in my living room! Sending out a big HIGH FIVE to EVERYONE!!

    ^^ +1
I'm not nearly organized and committed enough to recognize everyone I smile at or nod to or raise my eyebrows in respect for as I'm reading through this thread, but you are all (all!) an inspiration to me for different reasons. WTG, runners!

@briebee7 & @skippygirlsmom I must not be doing something right. I can't get either of mine to run. They are 19yo boy/girl twins.

@cooter_mom I'd think you'd be fine with just support. Mine only bother me if I'm going through a hormonal fluctuation. Maybe your bra isn't snug enough and constantly stimulating them? Sorry I'm not more help, sore nips are horrible. so you have my sympthies. I'm a B cup at this weight.

My husband uses nipple guards on long runs. Maybe an anti-chaffe stick. I recently bought the body glide as suggested by someone here for thigh rub/thighs eating my shorts sort of thing and it worked better than I'd imagined.
