LOL. I just had a layoff of several weeks due to minor surgery. My first day back lifting I did 30-50% of my former capabilities, low reps only and no more than three sets. The next day I thought I had died.
The DOMS is real. :sad: :sad: :sad:
I've been working my way back up toward my former levels, and every single time I get sore as #)(@, like I've never touched a weight in my life. What is this magic?!
It's black magic.
All I know is this... If it hurts this bad the day after... I'm gonna be crying tomorrow! Lol

TIL that the nutrition info labels on the front of UK packaging are extremely misleading - often stating that X cereal has less calories per serving than Y cereal - what it doesn't state perfectly clearly is that the serving size for X cereal is 50% smaller...
....What a con.
TIL also on the back of this that not all muesli is the same quality, or even good for you.
