32 grams of peanut butter is the serving of most pb. And it is actually a lot! If you scoop out a tablespoon and level it off and weigh it, you should find you can add a little more.

As others have said, always weigh your food by the gram or ounces that is usually in () in the label in serving size.

    1. Peanut butter is sunshine and rainbows and all things glorious and happy.

    2. No self - respecting peanut butter fan will be satisfied with PB2. Blech.

    3. Weigh it.

    4. I eat apples and peanut butter a lot. But, really, I eat the apple and then the peanut with a spoon. No shame.

Pb2 is good for smoothies or stirring into things like yogurt.

For eating on its own? Peanut butter is glorious and wonderful. So is almond butter.

A food scale is a must.

Oh and if you've never tried it, make a PB&J and grill it, like a grilled cheese sandwich.

Or PB and jelly in a tortilla nuked for 30 seconds. Gets all melty and gooey and delicious.
