    Eat back workout calories. MFP adds them into your daily total for a reason! You need that energy.


    I don't know about this one. My mom and I have been tracking very diligently and more often than not, I don't eat all of my exercise calories and she has been. I lost but she gained. We're both under sedentary.

    Good list, but the only one I disagree with is weighing everyday. Studies have shown that people who weigh everyday are less likely to gain weight than people who don't because they are constantly vigilant and mindful of their weight. But like everything it's not for everybody.
    I bought a scale and weigh every day. I am AMAZED at how my MFP numbers accurately report which days will result in weight loss! :smile:
