Appreciate the feedback.. Some good posts on here but I have found sometimes when I post there are these know it alls that seem to come on. Very annoying!
What do you mean by know it alls? The one person who suggested that knowing what others are eating is potentially more frustrating than helpful or the ones who are posting that they eat a lot?0 -
1750 plus about 50% of my exercise calories, so usually about 2000 on hiking days, 1750 on other days.
5'9" 151 lb0 -

About 1400, for maintenance. I'm middle aged, hypothyroid, and short. BLAH I SAY BLAH TO THIS!!! lol. sigh. such is life.0

1200 - but I'm short and unable to exercise much due to health. Doesn't seem to be working though.0

1500-1700. Losing around 2 pounds a week. 5'10. No lifting. I workout out 5x a week. High intensity cardio. While I don't lift about half of the classes I do at the gym are "toning classes" where we are using free hand weights for arm and leg work or using our body weight for the class. Other days are Zumba or Spin.0

For my goal I need to stay under 1290 a day which is a huge jump for me0

I maintain around 1600 sedentary. 1600 was also around what I needed to lose between .5-.76 pounds a week with 3 days of lifting and 3 days of cardio.
I'm struggling to find maintenance right now to be around 2000, maybe a bit more. It's hard to say because I recently started a new training program and I'm getting used to figuring out the burns. Im only 5'2" so the exercise makes a big difference for me.0 -
1200 is my cap. honestly usually just hit 1000 at the end of the day. I pack my meals/snacks strategically and I dont have a HUGE appetite due to my size. Took me a while to manage the 1200 cal, it was difficult at first~0

5'6 1/2, hey that 1/2 counts! I am 33, 143 lbs avg, TDEE method, maintenance mode (was doing Neat before, so my numbers are a mix) and right now eat daily from 2000-3500. Yes that crazy of a range, and right now my weekly avg is 2400-2550. My weight is not stable right now, so not 100% sure where I will end up eating, but trying to listen to my body. I do body-weight, and am taking a cardio break until next week, but only run 2-3 times a week 15-30 mins at a time.0

MFP is set at 1200, and I try to stay just under that, so I don't go over. I try to never eat my exercise calories back, because whenever I do, I don't lose. I'm 5'3", have lost 22 lbs in the last 2 months, and have another 25-30 to go.0
-
1240 and I don't eat back my exercise calories. I've lost 12.8 pounds in 30 days so far.0
