    Awesome job. I am trying to get into Yoga, did you go to classes or find any at home videos that you enjoyed? I am finding it hard to find some good beginner videos.

    Yep - Yoga with Adriene is a great place to start. She's a very good instructor. You might start with something basic, like sun salutations and practice that until you get comfortable. It incorporates a lot of the basic poses.

    You can also just jump in with a video for beginners.

    Hahaha, people keep asking me how - I've just always had big boobs! I'm surprised I didn't lose more though :)
