    If you're on the fence about yoga - do it. You will NOT regret it. If you think you'd never be able to achieve hard poses, you're wrong. You can do it. You can do anything.

    It's always surprising to me that people find inspiration in what I've done - it's a nice, unexpected bonus to all of this!
