    I am pretty sure this thread will get deleted, but OP, if you won't eat enough to take care of your body (which has nothing to do with starvation mode, which I agree gets thrown around too much), think of the example you are teaching your children. If you wouldn't be ok with one of them living like you are, ask yourself why, and then remind yourself that children learn from your example first and foremost. You are teaching them a mindset right now, and it can impact them in many more ways than food and body image alone.

    WOW So im new to this site and haven't posted a lot Im a auto troll that's rich im on here just like anyone else looking for support from like minded ppl trying to lose weight also on a side note for the post about starvation mode its a myth the studies were done on 5 or so men during ww2 and this effect happened to only 1 or 2 but he lost his weight it was not referring to the fat being stored longer. please look up the truth and not falling into the myth. This study has yet to be reproduced.

    If you know about that study then you probably also know about the risk factors for serious health issues caused by lack of nutrients. But, if you want arrhythmia and other potentially life threatening consequences, as well as cosmetic consequences like hair falling out, then go right ahead and eat like that. And we'll see you back here later if you survive, when you will be trying to drop the 60 pounds you gain back after giving up on this ridiculous diet.

    Well if your not a troll then your behavior is 1.self destructive 2.inconsiderate, since you stated you are looking for like minded people I will haphazard a guess that you are pro-ana or at the least your eating habits suggest that you are, and probably searching for "like minded" which makes this post worse then a childish troll.

    A study done on 5 men during ww2...that is funny and no way considered a legitimate study, 5 people seriously and how long ago? if you are going to try and be logical try to be at least current and maybe look up what constitutes a study.
