If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to use heavier weights. Don’t have weights? Grab some canned vegetables, books, a couple bottles of water or jugs of juice. One hundred doesn’t just seem like a lot, it is a lot. Feel free to break these up into sets. Post once to accept and be sure to come back and tell us what you did!

I did not know we were posting the weights.... I used 5lb dumbbell in each hand

In and done, using very small amount of weight. I'm waving at everyone now cause tomorrow I won't be able to lift my arms. :laugh:0
