Arby's sandwich for sure. Very manageable without the fries.
I also do Burger chicken apple cranberry salad when I'm in a pinch or lazy. I can't stand cranberries and don't do the apples so that brings it down a lot. It has blue cheese crumbles

I can't imagine ever having to get fast food. And naturally it would depend on what fast food was available, but I'd probably get Wendy's baked potato and chili, hummus wrap from the Pita place, or a salad from somewhere with low cal dressing.0

I get salads from Chipotle and this is a good salad to order from Wendys:
-Caesar Blend
-Grilled Chicken
-Cashews
-Spicy Pecans
-Light Spicy Chili Asian Vinaigrette.0 -
Wendy's plain baked potato and smother it with a small chili. It's like 430 or something...I wouldn't fuss about those extra 15 calories.0
