    I would love some new friends and extra motivation! I just started the 80day obsession and I'm on day 2. I'm keto, but sometimes do IIFYM, depending on hormone levels and what I think my body needs. I'm also funny as f**k. 😁

    Hello my diet had to change immediately after I got News that I was allergic to milk and wheat and I have always was allergic to nuts I use to be a McDonald’s everyday some time twice and I am just trying to find normal foods for me any help with tips thanks
