    My goal in 3 months is 5% body fat. But I still would like to join.

    After about two months, i dropped from 63kg to 60kg, from 14%bf to 12-12,5%.
    After the injury in my hand, i couldnt hit the gym for one month, and i still have one month out to be. Nvm -.-
    I ll post 1-2 recent photos on profile.

    Day 41 total today for me!! 49 left!! Yea!! Almost half way finished with round 2 and with the entire challenge!! So glad I started this challenge

    Level 1, Day 4 done today! This is the first time I could make it through the entire workout without a 5 second rest during the jumping jacks/jump rope portion. Something about that combo kept wearing me out, but I did the whole thing today without stopping. And I was able to do all of the girlie pushups without a rest either....think I'll try some regular pushups the next go-around!

    Those jumping jacks and jump rope combo kill me every time. I've completed day6 and even though I can feel my endurance get better I still lose struggle.

    Today will be day 43 going strong !!!! I have changes my plan a little this round, still going backward but in just adding a workout each level so now I am doing level 3 n 2 next level will be 3,2, and 1

    Level 1, Day 5 down yesterday...can totally tell a difference in my endurance by the end, just like Jillian says. Its great to see progress in such a short time!

    Hi, I tried 30 day shread the other day and only got through the first 20 mins. That stuff is tough! I got discouraged. I'll keep trying. I don't own the dvd but found it on youtube :) PLEASE ADD ME!!! I'm going to start again today even if it's the same 20 mins :) ~Christine

    Level 1 Day 7 down today....definitely getting easier, but still such a good workout. I am sweating buckets by halfway through. I'm doing my measurements sometime this week, so we'll see what changes have been made. I'm also up to 5lb weights now.

    That's great!!! By the time you finish one you will think it's easy and then bam level 2

    Just finished level 1 day 5, I am definitely seeing little changes in my upper arms, yay tank tops ^^

    Your doing great!!! My fav level is level 3 it's much more intense but I love it

    Ok do how does this work? Are you suppose to do level 1 everyday for 30 days, then level 2 for 30 days and so on??? Thanks :)
