    Try to avoid it. I used to eat about a cup with fries.Gave those up,actually all deep fried foods. Use different mustards now

    The trick to getting the ketchup out of a glass heinz ketchup bottle is to hit the "57" indented on the bottle. Comes out every time. You're welcome.

    I love ketchup. I get the reduced sugar version and can't even tell the difference. It's also only 5 calories. Love at first taste.

    When I was on Welfare years ago, I used to make macaroni and put tomato paste in it along with lotza garlic powder. Hey, it filled the belly. I thought about using ketchup at first, but didn't want all of that sugar...Beats going hungry...
