Everything is fine in moderation. People who are too up-tight and controlling with every ounce that goes into their mouth never keep the weight off.0

I'd be more concerned about the sugar content. Look for one that doesn't have added sugar and you should be fine :] Or hell, make your own! tomato paste and water!0

Heinz had green and purple ketchup for kids... it was a disaster. It's funny what the mind can do with your interpretation of flavor when something tastes the same, but looks completely off.0 -

I only use 1 teaspoon of it on my egg sandwiches. Same with mayonnaise, or cream cheese spread.0

Try to avoid it. I used to eat about a cup with fries.Gave those up,actually all deep fried foods. Use different mustards now0

The trick to getting the ketchup out of a glass heinz ketchup bottle is to hit the "57" indented on the bottle. Comes out every time. You're welcome.
I love ketchup. I get the reduced sugar version and can't even tell the difference. It's also only 5 calories. Love at first taste.0 -
When I was on Welfare years ago, I used to make macaroni and put tomato paste in it along with lotza garlic powder. Hey, it filled the belly. I thought about using ketchup at first, but didn't want all of that sugar...Beats going hungry...0
