    I'm in - 30 miles for July - I did 2 miles today.

    I'm getting back into jogging from a bad ankle break x2 and surgery so I'm really excited to get moving again. :)

    I'll make my goal 100 miles running on the treadmill this month. I just started jogging, so I am not sure if it is a realistic goal for me.

    I am also just starting the C25K training so I was impressed with what I did on day 1! Doing something is better than doing nothing!

    I'm in! Need a goal to help me stay motivated. Since I'm newer and just trying to get consistency right now - I'm in for 30.

    7/1 - 1.75mi Today was going to be a rest day because my quads are tight and sore but I did it. It was slow and I went on a sandy path instead of pavement to see if it helped and I do feel a little better.


    1.75 done and 28.25 to go.

    It's a little north of me but too close. :-) Very funny video.

    Huntsville area is described as a northern city stick in the middle of the south. But once you go a few miles outside the area's urbanisque borders, you soon realize you are in a different land very quickly.

    I'm in for 35 miles for July, I failed miserably in June due to a dodgy ankle, but hopefully can get back on track this month :smile:
