    Successes/struggles this week: Gutted i gained 2lbs. With TOM about to start some point this week and cramping all weekend hasnt helped. Had far to much sugary sweets and fizzy juice :( I love my main goal last week as well so i had nothing pushing me to workout by the end of the week. But saying this i was staying with my sister thursday night so i never got my workout in on friday morning. Was up early saturday with little one and was away to bf's house early that day aswell so no workout sat or sunay :(

    On a plus note. We found out the company didnt put the canceltion through on our holiday so we are gonna go ahead. I now have my main goal back to work toward which is the end of august :)

    I started the 21DE this morning instead of p90x3 as the yoga and pilates stuff i cant do. Im all cardio lol So this week im hoping to trying flush my system out and get back on track pushing myself forward.

    I WILL SEE 139bs on these scales I WILL, I will :D

    Start: Successes/struggles this week: I really liked the June Challenge as it made the overall tendency more visible. Early May was when I started here on MFP and there is some progress. I am very happy about it! I weigh myself daily but obviously there are fluctuations, so with the weigh-ins here it is easier to notice a general direction. Was hoping to start July with half a kg less, well, no. Still, I start July with 3 kg less than June, so HURRAYH!

    Week 1: No exercise this week, I have been ill and it is really hot so I feel rather weak. Weather changing now and a cold can only last so long so I hope for a change next week. Also a bit of a motivational low as I am exhausted and tired in general so I am giving in to stupid snacks a bit too often.

    Successes: still losing weight!
    Struggles: rate has slowed down since starting MFP in January of this year, mainly due to being more realistic about food choices and more lenient with cheats. I've learned that keeping off the wright is a lifestyle choice and I'm not doing myself any favours by restrictions and trying to kick my own *kitten*. I still feel down about things when I have a cheat though, the guilty struggles are real! Still staying very motivated and positive. :)

    Successes/struggles this week: I really struggled last night and I ate a lot at about 11pm. I'm working on not eating late at night! I really hope I can get out of the 200's this month, if I can reach 196 I'm only 10lbs away from being overweight rather than obese.
