Struggles: It's been tough to find the time for the gym and there has been lots of cake in the office and I have been enjoying a fair bit of it.
Successes: I have been cycling to work everyday and I am snacking a lot less than say 2 months ago. I don't really miss it and it saves so much calories.0 -

This is the month of birthdays and holidays, so my goal is very conservative.
To be honest if I manage to just maintain this month and not gain that would be great!
First birthday party weekend and I did eat a lot of cake, crisps and drank beer - by Monday I had gained a little bit.
Did my normal fasting day on Monday, but was still not feeling hungry on the Tuesday, so I accidentally did a second fast day - seems to have worked though, since despite the weekend over indulgence I lost more than I expected!

Also took my aunts dog for a nice walk on Monday, we did almost 2 miles. getting myself back on track wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.0 -
