    Successes/struggles this week: Its been extremely hot this week, so my first instinct is to run to the ice cream. I need to remember, I can splurge once in awhile in moderation and still work towards my goals. Got a migraine yesterday so I didn't get my workout in, still hanging around this morning but I am hoping by the time I work I will be good for a jog on the treadmill.

    Struggles: I didn't eat particularly well this week. The numbers on the scale have gone up and down quite a bit (within the range of .6 of a kg).

    Goals for week 2: Get in the 90s and stay there! Bump up the excercise a little bit. Be more productive in general.

    Successes/struggles this week: Not a huge loss, but I am happy to see the scale go down, even if it's only a little! Don't know if I'll successfully lose 2.4 more pounds in 12 days but I'm defs gonna try! I do think I'm changing my weigh in days to Sunday though.

    Don't give in! Has this been happening for a while, or just this week? There are so many factors that can mess things up on a week to week basis, especially hormones if you're a woman. Even if it's been a trend for a while; are you getting smaller even if not losing weight? I should imagine CF builds quite a bit of muscle?

    Same thing happens to me once in a while. I was at or under my calories last week. Lifted weights and did cardio 4 days. The weight did not move down. Then Friday I over ate 360 calories and the scale went up 1.5 lbs in one day! By this morning it dropped 1 lb of it, but still. They say "you are building muscles and they are heavier than fat" and water retention, etc., etc. At one point we MUST drop the weight. So I just keep doing what I am doing. You do the same and the weight will move eventually.

    Successes: still losing weight!
    Struggles: rate has slowed down since starting MFP in January of this year, mainly due to being more realistic about food choices and more lenient with cheats. I've learned that keeping off the wright is a lifestyle choice and I'm not doing myself any favours by restrictions and trying to kick my own *****. I still feel down about things when I have a cheat though, the guilty struggles are real! Still staying very motivated and positive. :)

    Successes:Still losing weight, sometimes to my surprise!
    Struggles: Had one bad night where I suddenly found myself at a pizza joint, ordered a medium pepperoni (8 slices) and destroyed it in 30 mins and felt bad afterwards. However, was good for the next 3 days and posted a surprising loss on my gym weigh in day.

    Successes/struggles: so i finished my 5 days of healthy eating stuck to it as much as i could. Lost 3.5lbs which i though was a amazing.

    Started round 2 this week for 14 days including excerising this time which i do more than 3 days worth so it will be fun holding up my end here is for 140-139lbs for next week weight in ;) xx

    So vacation over, had a very good time with my Girlfriend and some very nice food.
    Seems not weight change i was 104.9 when i left also. But my scale says my body fat gone from
    31.4 % to 28.9 % and that mean less fat in my body so that is very good
