    Sorry I haven't checked in yet. It was one crazy week. Probably the least min of exercise I've gotten in months. I digress.
    I'm just going to give the weeks total for now. I have everything logged (except for almost 4 mi walking that I can't seem to locate the minutes on. :/ I still benefit from it so no worries. :)
    SW- 260.6
    Walking is my most common, although I partake in many other challenge with different requirements.
    Total minutes week 1- 345
    Including but not limited to Cardio/walking, Strength Training, and Pilates.

    Hey everybody! Less than a week into it I've logged 340 exercise minutes. That means only 660 to go! I'm trying to get there before the bar exam on 7/28 :)

    Good day. My name is Varla and my activity of choice is fencing (yes, with swords!) When I can't be fencing, I do MMA style bag fitness, running, walking, Brazilian Jui Jitsu or weights. I was on holiday last week so my numbers are not so good. I will improve this week!

    Thursday 2 July: 39 minutes running
    Monday 6 July: 44 minutes fitness & 60 minutes BJJ

    Total: 143 minutes

    This looks like fun, I'll join in. My starting weight is 261. I like to mix up my activity, but cycling is my favorite.

    7/1 - 60 minutes bowling (I know, not your typical "exercise", but it IS a physical activity that burns calories...haha)
    7/2 - 90 minutes cardio and lifting regimen
    7/3 - 40 minutes cycling
    7/4 - 30 minutes walking
    7/5 - 120 minutes cycling
    7/6 - 60 minutes walking and lifting

    Current total: 400 exercise minutes

    Yeah ... I am getting serious about fitness. 2 miles walking a steep loop around my house every day. Then either a six mile mountain bike ride or 30 minutes of weight training with dumb bells.

    Wk 1- actually 380
    Wk 2- (so far) 409
    Total: 789

    Started T25 this week on top of cardio, strength, and flex.
