I just made a shadowbox with my grandpa. The corners don't fit together very well, and I'm pretty bummed about it, but I don't want to tell him.
that's awesome
so what if it's not perfect? life ain't perfect either.
keep it the way it is and just remember the time you spent with him; it's priceless0 -

I just wanted to make it look good. Even if I end up redoing it, I'll probably keep the original though, you're right. But it's his present anyway, so if he's happy with it, that's all that matters2 -

My marriage is going down the drain and I feel like a failure. I've asked him to go to counselling and he rufuses. When I ask him a question his response is always "I don't know." We barely talk and when we do it turns into an argument half the time. In our last fight, he said he is going to move out as soon as he has the money.
I not looking forward to Christmas and having to make up an excuse when my family asks why husband isn't there.
dang, kid.. I'm sorry to hear that.

you've already given him the best gift that he could ask for;that is: His time with you
...and who could blame him for being thrilled with someone as bright, pretty and charming as you?0 -

4 years ago, my life was torn apart from some pretty tragic stuff, and it ended in my ex and I splitting. My family knew what was happening and they carried me through the holidays that first year. There is no need to make excuses, tell them the truth. They should support you with tons of hugs, shoulders to cry on and ears to listen with. I wish you the best of luck.3 -

I don't post on the selfies thread because I don't think I'm attractive.
I see a gorgeous young lady who just needs to she herself as the rest of the world sees her.
Just remember that true beauty comes from within and no amount of external beauty makes up for an absence of internal beauty.5 -
Have a basket of laundry that has been sitting right in front of me for 3 days.. you would think I would put it up. I will get right on that..0

Someone just came in my office to complain that Amazon wasn't pulling up on their computer. I blamed it on solar flares and they bought it.3

Hahaha did you tell them to get to *kitten* work and stop wasting time on Amazon.
Typically I do because they come in to *kitten* after I've blocked Khols or some shopping site like that. But today I'm putting forth as little effort as possible. I'm contemplating seeing if I can manage to answer every question someone asks me for the rest of the day with "about tree fiddy" in the answer.2 -

I confess that I often bite my tongue and say to myself "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything". I wonder what would happen if I were to say what REALLY goes through my mind sometimes.1

So are we saying trickery must be tangible for it to be rained? Also I have a pocket full of nickles calling your name next time you head out to the mailbox.0
