    My grandma just texted me "guess what" which on it's own was cute and had me grinning, but after a very long time, she followed up with "Taco (their dog) just took her grey and pink sweater off. I have it back on her she looks so cute!" My grandma's adorable haha

    So someone put a fake turd in the employee bathroom today, on the floor, right in front of the toilet. Then went to the bathroom a few hours later forgetting about fake turd. And screamed super loud when it scared them.

    Oh, we have so much fun. We are hiring but Iowa sucks compared to Georgia! Yesterday I gave everyone new names based on the fact that we had a patient come in and had changed her name from Amber to Star Angel. I put a lot of thought into it so that they could identify with their new names. My favorite two were an older lady that complains about not getting anymore is now Summer's Eve and the girl with the ugliest longest toes I have ever seen is now Eagle Claw.

    I wish weight loss happened as quickly as it does the first week back on eating better and exercising. I can drop 4 pounds, but it seriously slows after that.
