    It happens especially if you post a series of numbers, that'll conflict with; MFP's spam filters! I've a group & we post our weights weekly, 1 of my mini goal weights cause my; post to've this issue every week! It might take, hours for them to; approve it!

    I always feel awkward when I post or comment, and I feel like that shows. I'm getting more comfortable with feeling uncomfortable about it, though.

    I was super excited about getting my waffle bowl maker. I made breakfast bowls for dinner! Waffle bowls filled with scrambled eggs and sausage and cheese. It was pretty.... And I am not quite sure how to attack it. Tall foods are problematic.
