I just gave my 2 weeks notice today at work with nothing else lined up.

It felt pretty good. I live well below my means so there's no worries.

I know I've seen you talking about making this decision for a while. I'm really happy for you. :)

    Thanks

It's time to do something a lot more fun with a much shorter commute.

My commute is short, but I am green with envy on the doing something more fun. That's fantastic that you can. :)

    Thanks.

Yeah, now I just need to figure out what that fun thing might be.

    Any ideas?

Become a super hero. they're always needed...you get to wear a Cape potentially. How do you look in tights? Oh and they're always loved and revered.

I look fantastic in tights, I damn sure do.

Ok I take back agreeing with radio show host and think you should go with super hero.

    Okay !

    Batman had his Robin.

... how do you look in tights?

I'd look really good in this ;)

Wow, that seems crazy. To unfriend someone because they changed their name.

Maybe they didn't realize who he was and thought some random profile just popped up on their list

I confess, I still feel like a fat blob. BUT, I know the feeling won't last because I'm committed. Still though, it'll be nice wen nothing jiggles (except my boobs, jiggly boobs are ok, they aren't swinging yet)

I confess, I actually feel positive and happy for the first time in a very long time. After going through the worst break up 3 months ago to a severely emotionally abusive ex I'm pulling through. I've been through so damn much and lost so much in my 35 years I'm scared something will take my happiness away. Which I know, holds me back from things. So I'll hold on to these moments and continue to take it a day at a time.
Getting all deep and misty eyed now:-/

This is a vicious cycle. When you feel like crap you don't want to work out, but then you feel even worse for not working out and that is when some people start to give up and eat more junk, Exercise is an amazing way to lift your spirits. Unless I was sick or very injured I have NEVER regretted going to the gym. It always makes me feel so much better, especially when I really kick my own butt and push myself. Just go. You will be happy you did. And good luck

not to be a contrarian but sometimes, and this happened to me recently, you just can't.. You are doing everything you can to just survive life that you have to let something fall by the wayside. I described it as living in a fog and eventually the fog lifts and life begins again but while that fog is there it takes every ounce of energy to just get through your days.

Yes exercise is great for the endorphins and while foggy you know this and know that it would help immensely but man life has a way of really sucking sometimes.
