My wife's out of town. I ate her dulce du leche Haagen-Dasz for dinner last night. I'm going to replace it with a new one before she gets back tomorrow.6

I had a family member in intensive care with liver failure. Turned out the main problem was that he has Celiacs. Then another family member was sick and anemic for a year....also celiacs. I see so many people saying they are gluten free when they don't need to be. It drives me nuts. True celiacs is serious business, not a fad.
They've done placebo studies on people claiming gluten sensitivity and have found that most claims were false..
I don't doubt a lot of people have an issue with wheat in their diet... But I believe it's more from all the chemicals used on the wheat before harvesting, particularly in America0 -
