It is an option but my husband was adopted and doesn't know any of his "own blood". We were hoping to create that for him.

I also confess that as a woman, it makes me feel like a failure.

:( While I haven't been in your shoes, I really want you to know that I feel for you both. I wish there was some way I could put into words the emotion(s) I feel at reading this, but I can't...

Remember too, family is so much more than being blood related. Family is heart, home, undeserved and unconditional love, forgiveness and so much more.

I don't know what your thoughts are on religion (if you even have any, no need to disclose unless you want to), but just know that I am praying for guidance and answers for you and your husband.

I really am a positive, encouraging person and add as many buddies on here that need a kick in the butt or a little yay!!... but some people are just plain creepy and others drop out in a week. I'll keep doing what I'm doing for my own *kitten*... hopefully see some on a maintenance thread someday!! Have a wonderful tomorrow!

I have big feet. I justify them by being tall...but they are pretty big.

I confess the idea of my brother-in-law and his two kids moving in annoys the crap out of me but being a good submissive husband I'll just try to smile and grin it.

Some people really make me shake my head with their petty childish schoolyard behaviour

I confess that in my opinion, some people that like to lie (multiple big ol' whopping lies) to gain sympathy should have their IP address tracked and blocked so they can no longer be part of the community, especially after having been busted....

I understand potentially having, 2 addresses (vacation home) but how does 1 develop, 2 ages; 2 that're years apart?

Honestly it's so hard to even scratch the surface. It's a very tangled web... VERY.

I am beginning to wonder, how I missed this; where was I?

I don't know what you do with your life.... Or was that rhetorical?

I'd ask what life but I figure you'll ask me, if that was rhetorical & yes, the other was!

They have meets for that? Interesting. Like competitions?

Yes, and there are plenty of ladies who do it too, Its is set up by age, weight, So you compete agains people your same age, and weight class. There are a few national organizations that keep the records and set up the events.
Folks who do well here, often get invites to go to the Olympics for Olympic events. Those are a little different that just PL meets. Squat, dead lift, and bench press. Then your total for all three is what determines your standings.
  • The real question is who's the guy in the picture? He needs more fiber

I confess Im often truly surprised by how grown *kitten* adults can be so mean and nasty spirited. Online sarcasm is so easy..face to face not so much.

I confess I dislike my daughters bf with a passion.

    Please Read

I've had a cleanup in this thread and I'd really appreciate not having to do it again (it took a while), I've given the benefit of the doubt and understand that sometimes tempers can rise and things get said that aren't always intended.

If I have to clean this up again, my amusement level is gonna drop considerably and there will be warnings involved.

I encourage people to read the guidelines regarding attacking/insulting other members before posting any further comments.
