    I've been hitting 20,000 steps every day this week!

    WOW!! Really, 20,000 every day ... HOW?

    Seriously, I have only hit 17k twice and I was running around the city all day.

    I started on my HS basketball team for 2 seasons as a 5'10" 225-240 lb fat *kitten* with little natural athletic ability.

    Nothing else in my life have I had to work harder for...

    It took me 35lbs, and 3 months but I can do 5 chin-ups now!

    I've been working out since I was 19 years old which adds up to 36 years....that's a lot of sweat. The longest break I've taken in all that time has only been 4 weeks.

    Finally pulled 355lbs on a deadlift for a PR, then did 205 for 4x4 on front squats, finished with 40 feet walking lunges with 120 across the shoulders. The next day was a rest day

    pushed 920 for 3 reps on leg press after 4 sets of squats and 4 sets of deadlifts.... the 920x3 was my 4th set on leg press also.

    That sounds seriously hardcore, RR.

    thank you...it sounds so huge and impressive. But on the day it was very simple; ride another 5km. Head down, get on with it. Repeat.
