Those running on 6 and less, how much coffee are you drinking?

    20-40 oz in the morning.

I've been oversleeping a lot lately so about 8 hours. Normally it's 6-7 though.

Typically 5.5-6 during the week and 8-9 on the weekends, unless I have to be at the farm early and then it is 5-6 on the weekends too. No coffee, caffeine and I don't get along. I drink tea or cocoa if I am really dragging.

7-8. What makes me feel most rested is waking up naturally (without alarm clock or being woken up) and that only happens when I keep a tight schedule, waking up at the same time for a few months in a row.

Not enough, but 50% more than three months ago, so I'm not complaining.

Mostly about 6 hours. I feel best on 7 to 8 hours but I can function easily on 6. Any less than 5 hours for a few days in a row and I get a little cranky.

Not enough. I always plan to go to bed early but it never works out that way. I usually get 5 hours.

I have my little contigo travel mug that I drink on my commute...that's generally it for me.

nutritional actually goes a long way here...IMO, much more than the caffeine band aid.
