Week 3 check in.
Weight when I restarted this round of MFP tracking: 146.8 (Weighed the Wednesday before the challenge started).
Weight 1st weigh in (weighed 8/30): 145.4
Weight 2nd weigh in: 144.4
Weight 3rd weigh in: 142.8
Weight this week: 140.6
Lost 4.8 pounds so far for the challenge!
(Total weight loss so far this round: 6.2 pounds)
It's my first week of Whole 30 and I've lost 2.2 pounds! Had a really good weight loss week, but lots of food prep and dishes, dishes, dishes! LOL

This is my first challenge and I'm super excited about it. I'm 5'5" and currently weigh 170lbs...my goal weight is 130 and tone and will be thrilled if I could get to 150 or 145 by Halloween. :-)0 -

The weekends continue to be difficult, so I am not loosing as fast as I'd like, but I haven't missed logging my food and exercise in almost a month.

Had a decent loss this week, but I can now see that my 135 goal is probably too aggressive. I'm going to predict that I hit somewhere around 138 instead, which will still be nice.

I only lost a pound this week, (TOM just started), but I'm not feeling sad about it at all--A pound is a pound!! I'm not sure I'll achieve my goal of 150 by Halloween, that might've been a tad aggressive, but I'm definitely going to give it my all! Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Week 2 of Whole 30 is not as easy as Week 1. I was so tired! But today I'm finally turning a corner and feel a little more energy. Bonus - I really notice that the inflammation in my body is subsiding on Whole 30. I never thought it would work on me, but there it is. And I really need to eat more. I'm not hitting my calories.0 -

Thanks...I am becoming more aware of stress and handling it differently than I use to. Food is not going to be a number.0 -
Stuck at 160 for second week but I'm feeling great. If you all get a chance you should Google motivational videos compilation. Then click on Google's video tab. I've been watching those consistently and feel very confident in the changes I've made. I feel like this far in our group is going to reach a lot of their goals! Stay strong everyone. No matter what the scale says you're still better off then when you started.

Week 3 of Whole 30. It's getting much better. I have energy again, though I'm not getting the best sleep. I didn't feel like I lost much, so I was surprised at the number when I stepped on the scale. So happy to finally dip below 140!0 -

The past couple weeks haven't been the most healthiest. My hubby's birthday was on the 28th of September so I indulged a little too much during his birthday week and then it was difficult to get back on track. This past Wednesday I was finally able to get a handle on things and lost the weight I put on from all the celebrating, lol. Even though I gained weight and it kind of screwed things up for me; I'm choosing to see it as a learning experience. Holidays and birthdays are a part of life, so I need to figure out a way to navigate these events without totally disregarding my healthy lifestyle. I know I will do better next time! Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
