Not jealous in the slightest. You obviously have way different goals than I do. As for your skin, it just looks old and unhealthy. . The tattoo on your chest looks like it's about 20 years old. Just don't think that's a 21 year old. If it is, I'm wrong and that's fine, but damn...
How deluded are you... Ive had my chest tat around 3 years, the colour will slightly fade once its healed which will be what say 2-3 weeks? 20 years..... Your stating im not 21 because " of my skin" is that really the reason? Nice back symmetry btwharryfrankham1 wrote: »News flash steroids now allow you to eat more protein. Why are you giving 'naturals' un-useful information when it comes to protein consumption? You've made it very clear that you're using anabolics.
So because im on steroids i cant give advice? Thats what u getting at? My knowledge as come from experimenting with different dieting teqniques to see whats best for my body, you on the other hand, your knowledge is from researching off the net.
Your 'bro-science' is irrelevant to NATURALS! What don't you understand?
Please explain to me how your body processes extra protein in the body, I'd love to hear your understanding of it. I honestly would.
Secondly; yes, my information is scientific, and personal experience based. What "credentials" do I need to have since I choose not to be on gear?
Go give your advice to others on the gear and have fun with it. I could careless what you choose to put into your body, but I do care about people on gear giving irrelevant information to those who are natural.
For how much your going on about me being on the gear is just showing a hint of jealousy.. Srsly mate. My protein intake is going from expierance, not from taking advice from others, who knows your body better than yourself? This is what you need to understand, you cant state to me my protein intake, my carb intake, my fat intake, you dont know how my body works, get gone
Now im getting mocked from someone who looks like they weigh 170lbs, im done with this conversation
Go eat some food bro
Yes, that's the real reason. Not sure what other reason I would have? Like I said, if I'm wrong, I'm wrong and I apologize for that. It's hard to take someone serious who comes in with a avatar such as yours, spouts off silly recommendations, and speaks to people with a tone like they are 13 years old and just had their first beer with their pops. That usually signals a troll account. If that is really you and your comments are reflective of your true maturity level, then I do apologize...backhandedly, yes, but an apology nonetheless.
And if you are digging at my symmetry, no worries. I'm just a cyclist trying to be healthy. Otherwise, thanks.
Thanks for the compliment, appreciate it.@harryfrankham1 If you exfoliate often and moisturize, you'll have a fresher looking colour on the tattoo. I have a colour tattoo that is 8 years old and the original artist was shocked by how fresh it looked when she saw it in July. Thank you salt scrubs!
Cheers dude ill look into that.harryfrankham1 wrote: »harryfrankham1 wrote: »

@harryfrankham1 You continue to avoid answering my question..........
More protein consumed, higher rate of protein synthesis, higher rate of building muscle, i train twice a day, my muscles are getting tore down, need be, more protein needed to restore muscle breakdown, now whats next? Im overtraining?
Have you tried eating 250 grams of protein instead and track results of 400+ vs. 250. I would guess there would be very little difference if any at all.
Bro you honestly think i would take advise from you?harryfrankham1 wrote: »harryfrankham1 wrote: »

I'm sorry to inform you, but your body is only able to use a certain amount of protein to repair damaged muscles, and bulid new muscle. After that, it is converted to glucose......you know..... the stuff that comes from carbohydrates.........

Really?.Give me a study or something that tells us that more protein equals ,,MOAR GAINZ''.You need that protein just when you are cutting to preserve muscle loss but on bulk, carbs are KING.

Why the heck would you want to eat more carbs that are known to raise insulin levels, which scientifically has been proven to increase fat storage. I guess if you're saying that you want to gain fat in a bulk that would make sense, but the goal of a bulk is to gain muscle with min fat

Protein might spike insulin, but not on the levels of a carb. The video itself says everything. It works in both phases it make no sense to think it doesn't. Especially if it's something like Ice cream. So, keep telling people whom want to bulk up, eat those carbs all you want. Good luck when it's time to cut.0 -

What is the upper threshhold for protein consumption that one can consume and still benefit from? After that threshhold is met, where should the remaining calories come from? And why?0 -

Ummm caloric surplus leads to fat storage not carb intake...
You really need to read up on these things...

Just do a 33/33/34 And eat olive oil. It's much easier than trying to find 400+ carbs. good god.... If you are really doing that much working out. I suggest triple bacon cheeseburgers from wendys.0

"it just is" typically isn't a satisfactory response to an actual question.
Secondly - body shaming in ANY form is 100% unacceptable. If you cannot engage in an actual conversation without resorting to making fun of a persons body- then don't engage at all.
B/c I can tell you if you had said- way to go fatty- you'd be strung up to dry on this forum. Someone's actual body is NOT an argument against them and is a million times over inappropriate and unacceptable.

I've done a couple cut/bulk cycles all while staying well above 200g carbs/day and I've still managed to average 0.75lbs loss/week with the correct caloric deficit.......
If bro-science is what you enjoy best, more power to yah! I'll keep eating all my carbs and still get the results I'm looking for, thanks.0 -
