    Successes/struggles this week: Surprisingly I was able to lose any weight, let alone 1.7 lbs. This week I've struggled with being consistent in regards to excercising...     Successes/struggles this week: I'm still trying to find the perfect balance of CICO through the EM2WL (eat more to weigh less) approach. I have upped my calories from 1540 to 1928 and have lists twice as much this past week, but I still dint think I'm fueling my body the way I should for as much exercise as I do. I'm thinking about upping another 100-200 to see what happens.

    Successes/struggles this week: Well it hasn't been a stellar week for eating or exercise, but I've yo-yod back to 190. I can see changes in my shape so I know I'm going in the right direction overall, even if the scale seems to bounce around randomly. Onward and downward in October :)

    SUCCESS: met my September weight loss goal & increased my steps/day. Onto the October Challenge!
    STRUGGLE: making myself actually DO all those 10K+ steps while convincing myself a bigger or 2nd glass of wine (or an extra cookie) -- are not suitable rewards.

    Ending Sept. below goal. Traveling in October for about 10 days will complicate walking schedule but I'll be super watchful with my food/drink. Sure don't want these pounds that have been walked-off coming back - ever.

    Successes/struggles this week:
    Week 1: Good week. Still walking about 8+ miles a day plus calorie deficit works well for me. I don't eat my exercise calories either and that helps as well. I would like to see Onederland by the end of next weigh in. Haven't been there in a long time, 20 years or more probably.

    Week 2: Did it! Finally made Onederland this week. Next week will be difficult with an out of town visitor and travel also. Haven't done any traveling in quite some time so I anticipate it may be difficult to stick to my somewhat rigid eating and exercise regime. I will see but will do my best and still have fun.

    Week 3: Not surprised by the weight gain. Traveling and dining out every meal was fun but it had consequences on the weight. Back home and company leaves tomorrow so should be back on track next week.

    Week 4: Back to a normal schedule and routine. Lost that weight from last weeks' gain.
    Things are looking good. It's been an up and down month but should hit my target goal OK.

    Successes/struggles this week: I had the house all to myself for almost a week, and I really let myself get carried away. I could go wherever I wanted, whenever I wanted, and eat whatever I wanted without anyone holding me accountable. I guess I really need that. I also couldn't sleep with all the quiet and slight paranoia, so I ate more through the night than I had been.

    I'm really disappointed with this weigh in, but I know what I need to do and I'm going to do it! There's a treadmill sitting in the middle of my living room, and it's about time I get on it.

    Successes/struggles this week: Well, as predicted, did gain some weight after spending two weeks in Italy eating kg after kg of gelato and pizza and really going overboard but hey, that's what vacations are for. Got back into healthy mode the day after I got back which helped although leave on Tuesday for two week transtlantic cruise (I work but my holidays are so close together this year!!)
    Still, slightly under what I hoped for which is good but next month may see more significant damage! :o:#
