    OP - you forgot to add that it will also cleanse the body of all its toxinz, and you'll lose additional weight from all the calories you'll burn melting them and bringing the resulting liquid up to body temperature!!

    My guess is that that’s about 40 ice cubes, made from tap water. You can look that up in the USDA Nutrient Database and find that that meal has 2.6% of your calcium needs for the day. It’s nutritious!
