Lol at you all. And I didn't even think of the tap water vs. mineral water thing. I don't know.....the chlorine (or whatever it is) that they put in our tap water must be good for us, right? And of course ice burns more calories than simply drinking water -- your body has to work to melt it, like someone said. ;)

Ouch! I was just at my dentist - one of my molars broke last week and I'm having a crown put in. (Guess I'd have to 'juice' it...)

In your research did this cause temporary water weight gain? I am surprised @tincanonastring hasn't patented this one already.

    MY perfect!

Did you add extra nutrients to the original diet?
If so, will I gain weight with the new and improved recipe?

If I lift a fork to my mouth to eat it, instead of my normal face plant, can I count the calories burnt?

    Cheers, h.

A face plant might burn more calories. You're moving your entire torso, instead of just your arm. Sit up between each bite for extra exercise.

This diet is devoid of monoglucosaccharides. How are you cleansing your metabolic ducts?

Is the water alkaline? If not, you're going to be feeding the candida and cancer cells lurking in your body just waiting for an opportunity to take over!

Of course not. Everyone knows that if you add anything to water then it ceases to be water and will, in fact, dehydrate you. Duh!

for a low monthly fee of 9.99 they will send them to you via UPS lol

If I prepay 3 months at a time, do I get a discount? Only to promise to raise your fees every 6 months?

Um, I've been on this diet for three hours and I've gained 0.6 pounds. What am I doing wrong? I logged it!

Well you need to pay attention to your macros, and adjust accordingly.

Clearly you aren't weighing anything with a food scale...

You should let the water sit for a few weeks. I did this with a water bottle once and the fiber is grew was magnificant!

For once, an actual negative calorie food.

I think fingernails are a negative calorie food. Coz, you already burned calories growing them, then you burn calories chewing them, then you burn calories digesting them and because they were already a part of you, they are negative calories. Only works with your own. You have to count it when you eat someone elses.
