Perfect.
Still processed though (water being frozen).0 -
OP - you forgot to add that it will also cleanse the body of all its toxinz, and you'll lose additional weight from all the calories you'll burn melting them and bringing the resulting liquid up to body temperature!!0

Will I hit my protien goal?0

My guess is that that’s about 40 ice cubes, made from tap water. You can look that up in the USDA Nutrient Database and find that that meal has 2.6% of your calcium needs for the day. It’s nutritious!0

Was that locally sourced?0

Should I measure it before or after I freeze it?
If before should I use a measuring cup?
If after should I use the scale?
What happens if I boil it for 10 min? Will it still have the same nutritional value and calorie count?
Cheers, h.

Will it come prepared (packed in dry ice)? Or do I need to freeze it myself? Can I count the calories burned if I have to prepare it myself?0

My now 17 year old daughter actually lost weight chewing on that stuff instead of snacking. She's kept it off too. Not even kidding. True testimonial.0

Um, I've been on this diet for three hours and I've gained 0.6 pounds. What am I doing wrong? I logged it!0
