So funny, I went shoe shopping, and apparently have even lost weight in my feet. Down a 1/2 size. I love onderland, and will never leave it again. Now to get the rest off, want to lose another 25, then we will see.2

Got on the scale this morning and it read 199.0. I was so excited I took a picture and sent it to my husband, sausage toes and all.3

30 lbs to hit the 199.....I've losing an average of 10 lbs a month.....I could do better if I would exercise.2

Get a fitbit or a garmin and start walking. Once you start, it will be easier to add other things. You can do this.2

How's it going folks?!
I've had a bit of a set back with a medication change, but I'm moving forward again and back under 200lbs. Hoping to push under 190 soon which has eluded me for 2 months now!5 -
I had 19 to go back in December. Then I had a lot of things thrown at me, all at once, and I responded by overeating and not going to the gym anymore...thus I picked up another 17 lbs since then, instead of losing them. So here I am, 36 lbs to go....1

still 20 to go. now 220 is my high weight whereas it used to be my low weight. but seem to be parked there just the same. le sigh.0

You are not a failure! Even if it's not what you were hoping for a loss of 4 lbs is better than a gain of 4 lbs. How is your logging? Do you weigh your food? these are 2 very important factors in making this work. Feel free to add me if you need to chat.2 -
It's so close, I can taste it. Weighed in at 203 this a.m, just 4 more to go to 199! I had about 2 weeks with very little movement on the scale but I'm refocused and going strong this week. Onederland here I come!2

279.4 this morning, down from 305 back in April. Hope to hit Onederland by Christmas2

20 pounds gone since February 1st and 21 to go to Onederland. My goal is to be there by my birthday in November. That gives me 6 months, or roughly a pound a week.2

Now that I am below 200, and hurray - below 190, I will never, ever go there again. People - if I can do it, I seriously say that anyone can. Keep up the good work.3
