Girls Just Want To Have Fun -- Cyndi Lauper

A personal favorite of mine at high school dances
    You're up, Pat!

I went to a Catholic school and one of the young priests said if he had to choose between Cyndi Lauper and the priesthood, it'd be tough for him.

    Correct.

That picture looks a little like Sister Francis. She was a much feared principal in our grade school. She was probably about 5 ft 2 in but when I was in third grade I had to look up to her. Her accent reminded me of Colonel Klink.

    Go Susie.

    Simply Irresistible?

Just heard that last night on a walk. I was listening to an old AT40 (again).

    Sorry, no, but good guess.
The artist is actually part of a group.
My attempt to make it slightly more challenging.

Some Like it Hot is a Robert Palmer song and a Marilyn Monroe movie... I didn't quite get the clue, sorry.
