So glad you posted this. I'm around where you were 2.5 years ago. Finishing up 4 years of grad school and that combined with the post-HS decline in athletic activities has led me to 295ish (did hit 300 once and that was eye-opening). I'm down a few pounds so far and hope to pick up some heavy lifting along the way. I've never had much upper body strength (HS max was maybe 115 lol) but was a fairly decent squatter. I'm a similar size to you at just a hair over 6'3" so it's great to see where I can hopefully end up! Keep up the good work.0
